Live Wedding Art

Greetings!  I’m very pleased to finally reintroduce myself to you.  My name is Taylor Gallegos.  I do Live Wedding Art.  What is that you ask?  It’s a painting of the scene of a wedding as it takes place in real time, it’s continued during the reception as entertainment, and finished back in the studio.  It’s a capturing of the energy of a couple’s special day.  It depicts the bride, groom , the scene, the families and whatever else they might want.  It’s a one-of-a-kind personalized piece of art of one of the most important days of people’s lives.

This idea came about over a year ago.  There are a few people across the country doing this already, but none quite in the way that I’m seeing it.  I’ve been doing live art in a handful of different arenas for a years now.  They are all great in their own way, and lots of fun too.  But Live Wedding Art has its own special vibe.  It’s taken a long time, with many trials and errors to find the best way to approach the task of capturing everything from a wedding and putting it onto a two dimensional surface as an image.  But after fine tuning the process time and time again, I feel like I’ve hit my stride with it.
